TX LodgingLens provides research and analytical tools relating to Texas lodging properties and markets.

2. Data Sources

TX LodgingLens uses publicly available hotel occupancy tax information obtained from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. TX LodgingLens is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts or the State of Texas.

3. TX LodgingLens Calculations

RevPAR, year-over-year changes, market averages, rankings, comparisons, market share, and similar measures may be calculated by TX LodgingLens from underlying records. These calculations are not official statistics published by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

4. Data Limitations

Public-source records may contain errors, filing delays, amendments, missing periods, naming differences, ownership changes, or other inaccuracies. TX LodgingLens does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

5. Research Use Only

Information provided through TX LodgingLens is for informational and research purposes and is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, lending, appraisal, or financial advice. Users should independently verify information before making decisions.

6. Membership

Planned membership pricing is $15 per month or $125 per year. Online billing and cancellation will be provided when subscription processing launches.

7. Account Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity under their accounts.
