Account Information

TX LodgingLens may collect your email address, authentication information, subscription status, saved searches, Watchlist activity, recently viewed properties, support messages, and ordinary technical usage information necessary to operate the service.

Authentication

Account authentication is provided through a third-party infrastructure provider. Password handling and session management may therefore involve that provider's systems.

Payments

When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. TX LodgingLens does not intend to store full payment-card numbers directly.

Saved Research

Watchlists, saved Opportunity Finder searches, and recently viewed properties may be stored with your account so they are available across devices.

Public Hotel Records

Hotel, taxpayer, and filing information displayed by the service originates from public-source datasets and is separate from private user-account information.
